mre meals ready production technical process
The first process is acceptance raw material, we have strict acceptance standards for raw materials.
The second process is pretreatment of raw materials,including cleaning and cutting
The third process is steam rice,to prepare ingredients and condiments in proportion.
The fourth process is cooking the rice, fried with vegetables.
The fifth process is weigh and bagging.
The sixth process is seal and vacuum packing.
The seventh process is high temperature sterilization, air drying.
The last process is inspect,packing accessories,storage.
